By placing an order, you accept these Terms, and you acknowledge these Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and H2O Connected, LLC. In addition, you agree to faithfully comply with all rules and requirements that appear during your order process on the Website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when you registered.
If you wish to purchase any products or services through our site, we will ask you to supply certain information applicable to your purchase, including, without limitation, payment, and other information. All information that you provide to us, or our third party payment processor must be accurate, current, and complete. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment means used to initiate any transaction. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases. Verification of information applicable to a purchase may be required prior to our acceptance of any order. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
Pricing, retail policies and shipping applicable to the purchase of products are as set forth on the Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All costs and fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. We may in our sole discretion add, delete, or change some or all of the prices of our products and services at any time without notice. All shipments are via UPS or USPS and ship F.O.B. Coatesville, PA via common carrier. H2O Connected, LLC accepts no responsibility for lost packages shipped without a signature guarantee; you must agree to delivery without the recipient‘s signature unless you choose to pay for delivery signature service. If you do not choose delivery signature service on a parcel a signature waiver applies to all past, present, and future shipments.
You agree that H2O Connected, LLC may at any time without notice: refuse to accept your orders for service; move or suspend any part of the service; or refuse to fulfill any order, or any part of any order or terminate your account and delete any content stored in your account if, in H2O Connected, LLC ‘s sole discretion, you fail to comply with any of these Terms or if a competent regulatory authority requires H2O Connected, LLC to do so.
H2O Connected, LLC will not be liable to you or any third party for any suspension or termination of your access to the Website or failure to produce any product, except that H2O Connected, LLC will refund to you any amounts paid by you for products not produced.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. In addition, H2O Connected, LLC only accepts orders that are shipped to locations within the United States of America and its territories.

You agree that you will use the Website, and any products ordered thereon, at all times in accordance with all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws, statutes, regulations, and ordinances and will not take any action that harms or violates the rights of any person or entity.

This Website may provide links to third-party sites that might be of interest to you. We have no control over the content or availability of the contents of these sites. This Website, the H2O Connected, LLC services, and all software, systems and processes used in connection with the Website and service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws and are covered by and/or for use with U.S. Patents.
This Website is provided by H2O Connected, LLC on an "as is" and "as available" basis. H2O Connected, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on this Website. It is expressly agreed by you that your use of this Website is at your sole risk.
H2O Connected, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of salability and fitness for purpose to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. H2O Connected, LLC does not warrant that this Website, its servers, or e-mail by us are free of viruses or other harmful components.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTS THE LEAKALERTOR 6000 IS SOLD FREE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS FOR THREE (3) YEARS. MANUFACTURER WARRANTS THE LEAKALERTOR PRO-e GATEWAY AND LEAKALERTOR PRO-e NODE ARE SOLD FREE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS FOR FIVE (5) YEARS. MANUFACTURER WARRANTS THE ANY REMAINING PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE WEBSITE ARE FREE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS FOR ONE (1) YEAR.
H2O Connected, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time at their sole and absolute discretion. If you continue to use the Website and the services offered therein after any such changes, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.
These Terms and the other policies of the Website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania. Disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Pennsylvania.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to updates and amendments from time to time. The version published on the Website is the version currently in force. The purchase of the Products is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale which are placed on the Website on the date of your submission of the order form. The effective date of these General Terms and Conditions of sale is April 1, 2025.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms. We may assign our rights and responsibilities hereunder without notice to you. The failure of a party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of the right or provision. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
All items purchased through H2O Connected, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier.
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision most closely matching the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to products purchased on our website, and supersede all other communications, written or oral, with regard to our products.
H2O Connected, LLC is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our customers. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose information about our customers to any other party except as required to process and ship purchases. This privacy statement only applies to H2O Connected, LLC. This privacy policy describes how H2O Connected, LLC collects and uses the information you provide on our site. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information relating to your business and how you can access and update this information.
H2O Connected, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on the LeakAlertor.com, LeakAlertorPRO.com, H2OConnected.com, and the LeakAlertor Wireless PRO and PRO-e Dashboards ("Website" "Websites" "site"). H2O Connected, LLC collects information from our users at several different points on our site. We use this information to fulfill your order, send you requested product or service information, display data, respond to customer service requests, send you marketing communications, administer contests surveys or sweepstakes you may have entered, and improve the customer experience while on our site. We reserve the right to disclose information about you as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our site. We may purchase additional data about our customers from third party sources and combine it with the information we have already collected in order to assist us with our marketing activities.
In order to open an account a user must first complete the registration process. During registration, a user is required to give a name and email address. We use this information to contact the user about our services even if they have not placed an order.
Special Offers and Updates: Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services. Both our production and customer service staff use email and phone information to communicate with customers about issues pertaining to their orders or service.
Our site includes social media features such as Facebook "Like" and "Share This" buttons. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use persistent cookies. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. Cookies may be used by H2O Connected, LLC in the order section in order to uniquely identify users, associate user files with orders, and to enable the shopping basket. Our site cannot be used with cookies turned off.
We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you would like to opt-out of these emails, please see "Choice and Opt-out."
Like most standard website servers, we use log files. We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, an email service provider to submit email communications to you on our behalf, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. If H2O Connected, LLC should go through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Our users are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. Please email your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, including the order confirmation number (i.e. invoice number) and the reason for return to susan.thompson@h2oconnected.com. We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make your purchase. We can be reached at (877) 594-5253 Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern time zone to answer any questions.
Requests for a Return for refund must be received in writing within five (5) calendar days of the original purchase date. A restocking fee may be applied in the amount of 15% of the final purchase price, exclusive of shipping and handling costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error. Requests for Replacement (Warranty Claims) must be received in writing within three (3) Years of original purchase date for the LeakAlertor 6000 and within five (5) years for the LeakAlertor PRO-e. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. H2O Connected, LLC will not accept any return without the RMA number. The package will be returned at the sender's expense. Any "clearance products" purchased from H2O Connected, LLC will not be accepted for returns.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the return period for the products. No refunds will be issued after five (5) days. Each return MUST have an RMA number. All RMA requests must be submitted to susan.thompson@h2oconnected.com. H2O Connected, LLC will not accept returns without prior authorization or an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the outside of the box you are returning to H2O Connected, LLC. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so we can credit you back the correct amount. Only one (1) RMA number can be issued per invoice number. If you have different items from different invoices, you will need to request a different RMA number for each return.
Customers are responsible for shipping any products returned to H2O Connected, LLC. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the product being returned. H2O Connected, LLC will not reimburse customers for the shipping cost of a returned product. When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. H2O Connected, LLC will not be responsible for any shipping loss. Physical damage to the returned product will void the product's warranty and the RMA policy.
The customer agrees that all returned products for refund will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. H2O Connected, LLC will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing parts or components. The same policy applies if the product has scratches, dents, or excessive wear. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your returns. H2O Connected, LLC reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy.
If you receive damaged/incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery. Certain information may be required for verification including a photo of the packing envelope/box, a copy of the packing list, photo of the damage/incorrect item. Requested information can be sent to susan.thompson@h2oconnected.com. A representative will review the order and respond within two (2) business days.
This policy applies only to products purchased via this website. H2O Connected, LLC products purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase unless otherwise authorized by H2O connected in writing. You must follow the "Rules to Follow for Your Return" listed above. You may return Products sold by H2O Connected, LLC within five (5) days from the invoice date for a full refund of the purchase price. Include a copy of your invoice. If you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number and RMA number. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including: any item that is returned after the five (5) day grace period, or any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
This policy only applies to products purchased via this website that are within warranty. H2O Connected, LLC product purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase unless otherwise authorized by H2O Connected in writing. Please send your RMA email request to susan.thompson@h2oconnected.com. You must follow the "Rules to Follow for Your Return" listed above. Following these steps will help ensure the Product(s) arrive at the correct destination and in good condition within a timely fashion. Please note your failure to follow this procedure may result in the returned Product(s) being rejected upon receipt and you may forfeit your right to a Replacement. H2O Connected, LLC reserves the right to reject any Product not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above.
If you wish to cancel your order you must call (877) 594-5253 Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern time zone. We do not accept emails as a way of cancelling orders. For any refused package, or returns to H2O Connected, LLC due to incorrect address, action, inaction, or absence of the recipient, we will only refund back to your credit card the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
